Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please submit a claim within 30 days of receiving the product. Claims submitted after this window may not be accepted. If the issue is deemed to be an error on our part, we will cover the costs of a replacement.

Lost Packages
For any packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

How to Report an Issue
If you  notice a problem with the product or anything related to the order, please submit a problem report as soon as possible so we can resolve it promptly.

Incorrect Shipping Address
If an insufficient or incorrect shipping address is provided, the package will be returned to our facility. In such cases, you will be responsible for the reshipment cost once we confirm the updated address.

Unclaimed Shipments
Orders that go unclaimed are returned to our facility. You’ll be liable for the cost of reshipping to yourself
